I wanted to provide you with feedback on services, customer service and quality of work that is currently being carried out on our property. We came to you with a very big, adventurous project (our first ever build) and from the beginning you were open and attentive to what we saw our build to be, not just in how it looked but what it meant to us and what the build will bring us when completed.
We did go to several companies (as you are advised to), but the professional and personable relationship that was built instantly from our meetings prior to the build, made you stand out from the crowd. We were also reassured by how you accommodated the amount of meetings we requested before the start of the build, to ensure we fully understood the stages and answer any other queries that came up along the way.
We are extremely happy with how our build is progressing, we have come up against obstacles but not alone. There has always been help and work arounds provided, quick smart thinking which helped us stay on track with our technical drawings.
Our build has regular building regulation visits and all have been signed off and positive comments made about the quality of the build by the third party on all occasions.
For our project, multiple types of material have been used, calling on many types of skills - masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrics, foundation work (list goes on) and each aspect has executed with precision and high quality and workmanship.
We are continuing on our journey with Sphere and look forward to finishing the extensive project that we have started soon. I would recommend Sphere Construction to others and we will be returning customers for any further build work that we are planning to complete.
